This Privacy Policy explains how Powerful LLC ("Powerful", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit onpowerful.com, chat with us, request a Growth Audit or email us.

Information you give us

• Growth Audit form: name, email, phone, website, monthly revenue and ad spend ranges, and anything you write about your business.
• Website chat: the name and email you enter and the messages you send.
• Email: what you send us and our replies.

Information collected automatically

• Pages you view, the site that referred you, and campaign tags in links (for example utm_source).
• Your approximate location (city and country), worked out from your IP address by our hosting provider.
• Your device type and browser.
• Your IP address, stored in our security log to protect the site against abuse.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. Visitor counts use an anonymous identifier that changes every day.

• To reply to your messages and audit requests, and to provide our services.
• To understand which pages and channels bring visitors and leads, so we can improve the website.
• To keep the website and our systems secure, including blocking abusive traffic and spam.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The public website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie banner.

• Your browser keeps a small amount of data for the website chat (so your conversation continues while the site is open) and the page you arrived on (for the current browsing session only).
• Our anti-spam check is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may use strictly necessary data to confirm you are human. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
• Sign-in cookies are used only in our private admin area, by our team.

We share information only with providers that help us run the website and our business, under their own security and privacy commitments:
- Vercel (website hosting)
- Neon (database)
- Microsoft 365 (email)
- Cloudflare (spam protection)

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

• Leads, contacts and conversations: as long as needed for our business relationship, or until you ask us to delete them.
• Security log of IP addresses: 30 days.
• Admin sign-in records: 180 days.
• Website visit statistics: about 13 months.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls so only authorized team members can see your information, and spam and abuse protection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and fix issues promptly.

You can ask us to:
- see the personal information we hold about you,
- correct it,
- delete it,
- stop contacting you.

Email support@onpowerful.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the Philippines), you may have additional rights under local law, and you can contact your local data protection authority. Where those laws apply, we process your information to respond to your requests and provide our services, and for our legitimate interests in running and securing our business.

Our providers are based in the United States, and some team members who help serve you work from outside the United States, including the Philippines. When information is transferred, we protect it as described in this policy.

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
